Very amiable and genuinely helpful staff and quick to respond. Location right by Galata Tower, the tram station, and Taksim Square, and the tram station. Also, in center of Galata area.

They helped us plan our entire trip and gave us lots of recommendations for the best places to go. Plus, there was free WiFi everywhere, so we could post all our epic vacation pics without using up all our data!

One thing we wished for was a cooler party scene. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was great for young people, but it would have been next level if they had a rooftop bar or a DJ playing some sick beats.

The location was fantastic, centrally located near Galata Tower and with easy access to public transport. The balcony in the apartment had a beautiful view of the street. The room was clean and comfortable, and the owner, Volkan, was very hospitable and helpful. The staff was accommodating and friendly. a great experience.
